My husband and I came for an oil change and were for a gas for him, we talked to Dave burns who helped us with a previous purchase and he made it work. We really liked that he helped get the vehicle we wanted and did not sway us from the purchase, he listened to what we wanted budget wise and we found the vehicle that was right for us. It was like talking a friend. Katlynn our service writer was a rock start finding the right coverage to protect our vehicle.
Our salesman Jim was absolutely wonderful! He did not pressure us which was like a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to help us through the whole process. He sat in the vehicle with us to be sure we were comfortable with the controls before we left. We will definitely be back in the future!
I have recently purchased a new truck from Gandrud Chev and Matt Ihlenfeldt in commercial sales was my sales person. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the product he's selling and Matt asked me all the right questions to answer my needs. Not only was Matt knowledgeable but he was very fast to respond and reply to all situations and I really respect that! I have purchased several new vehicles from Gandrud and I use Gandrud Auto group as a supply partner for our automotive business of over 35 years. I must say you will be hard pressed to find a better experience. I have purchased more new vehicles from Gandrud than any other. I also have connected several friends and family to Gandrud with them reporting back that they also have had excellent experiences.
I've been going to Gandrud Chevrolet to get my oil changed for 10 years and I own a Toyota RAV4! They always do awesome work! I am in and out in about 30 minutes. The people are polite. They don't try and sell you all this stuff you don't need. The only thing they care about is making sure your car is operating the way it should. The oil change is very reasonable compared to other places. This place never has never disappointed me in 10 years. Keep up the good work!

PS...LOVE my Trax
I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Equinox w/12,000 miles on it. We have had nothing but problems with the infotainment system. I notified the dealer in the first 24 hours we had the car. They have had it multiple times to “fix” it and they keep telling me since they can’t get it to give them an error code they can’t get GM to warranty a new. I feel like that is an issue the dealer needs to work out on their end. Since I told them within 24 hours of owning it about the problem and it being CPO they should replace the infotainment system with a new one.

We were greeted and welcomed when we walked on the lot. Marcus was very helpful in answering questions and guiding us to vehicles he thought we would like. We test drove several before choosing our new vehicle. Marcus made the experience positive, fluid and made sure everything was in order from beginning to end. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Gandrud Chevrolet. We’ve been to other dealerships and have not had the same great and helpful experiences.
